What is your return policy for hair care products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping options in the near future.
Are the products sold online the same as those used in salons?
Yes, we sell 100% authentic, professional-grade hair care products from top brands like Redken, Paul Mitchell, and Biolage, identical to what our stylists use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I use a Regis Salon gift card for online purchases?
At this time, physical gift cards purchased in-salon can only be redeemed for services or products at our physical salon locations.
