At Regis Salons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase. If you are not happy with your products, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your professional hair care products are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our guest services team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack and Label
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the box with your Return Authorization number.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send your package to our processing center; once inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
